Thunderbolt Display via Windows Bootcamp

I am toying with upgrading an old Dell 24 inch monitor I use for the new Apple 27 inch thunderbolt display.

I have an early 2011 MBP. However, I probably use bootcamp windows 75% of the time rather than the Mac OS. My question is that given Thunderbolt seems to be pushed by Apple rather than MS, do the drivers etc. available for Windows mean it will play nicely, or will there be unreasonable compromises required or features lost?

I really like the idea of a one port docking station, but if that doesn't work on Windows then there is no point spluffing 900 notes.

I would think apple's bootcamp drivers would cover you. However no one can be sure as the displays aren't being shipped yet.
