He not really Cap as such if they are true to the source material he more of a bad guy pretending to be Cap who should be physically more powerful. For me he at least more interesting than Falcon sorry new Sam cap haha

Soooooo the MCU version of "Suicide Squad" then?
Shame to see so many really good actors stuck in this "MCU actors hell" but they all signed up for it so I've no real sympathy for them now that Disney still holds them by the short and curlies during the continued downfall of the MCU.
