We had a pretty big storm last week (Rochester) which surprised me as it hasn't been especially warm. Feels a bit more humid today though.

Its actually raining here not heavy but the fact its happening at all is remarkable it having barely rained a drop in over two months, it rained yesterday as well. Its also a lot warmer which I assume is the reason for the change the dry polar air having moved off elsewhere. Thunderstorms, I can't remember the last time when I saw/heard one.

Apparently they're hitting before the end of day. Rain is at least, just in time to ruin my commute home.

I do like watching thunder storms though, so that might be nice.

It's nearing the end of June when Glastonbury would usually be on.

There's been many many thunderstorms over the years when I've been there.

I think it's perfectly in keeping. We tend to have some spells of a few very hot days in the summer, then storms, and then it all calms down. Then it happens again.
