i hope this is the right forum for it, since its not exactly a computer (although not too far from it).
I recently signed up for my next OU course and its a mathmatics one that requires the use of a graphical calc, and it recomends a Ti-83 plus graphical calculator. what i want to know is, where is a decent place to buy one of these (preferably with a cable to connect it to my pc)? i know OCUK dont allow links to competitors, but i bet there are lots of sites out there which sell this calculator, and dont sell anything that OCUK sell, so arnt a competitor.
also, has any1 here got a graphical calculator like the one i mentioned that has tried to program a game like mario for it? ive seen there are a fair few games for the ti-83 plus since it can be programed in its own code, machine code, assembly language, or C.

Mine have been more along the line of programs borne of necessity and laziness, i.e. give the program a diameter and it'll give you the area.
