Bought some tickets from ticketmaster for a concert next Thursday and on Wednesday I got a text from them saying the item had been posted via securemail. However I have no yet received the tickets and am starting to sweat a little bit how long would you give it before contacting them?

When I ordered my Download tickets about a month before the tickets arrived on the Wednesday before it started (On the friday)
There customer service telephone number is terrible, you get put on hold, transferred about, automated questions and then beeeeeeeeeep. Cut off.

their secure post is a courier thing
which appears to be based in thetford (possibly just for here)

because they're based in manchester...
however, they will get there in time, but as noted they dont mind cutting it fine
