Ticketmaster status?

I ordered tickets to a gig ages ago, and I swear I remember them turning up, but now I can't find them. So I go onto ticketmaster to look for the process, and when I check the status of the tickets it says "Your tickets are being processed" - this suggests to me that the tickets havn't been dispatched yet, so maybe I'm getting confused about having received the tickets already.

So, my question is, can anyone who has been to a gig through ticketmaster in the past tell me, does this status changed to "Dispatched" or something like that when the tickets are sent?
 
I've only ever checked the staus once when they hadn't arrived six days before an event but then they did. They do say:

If your tickets have not arrived five days before the show or, if you are travelling, five days before you leave, please contact us.

We usually get them weeks before an event.
 
Yes, and if I didn't think I had recieved them, I would just wait, but because I'm sure I remember seeing them already, I want to check - like I say, if someone can confirm that the status changes once they are actually dispatched, then I can relax, safe in the knowledge that the tickets will be sent and that I appear to have early onset dementia...
 
I just checked the status of my Snow Patrol tickets and they say "Your tickets are being processed." but I received them a month ago.
