When they say tickets go on sale at 9:30... when do they actually update it?

Sitting here like a tool refreshing the page like it's transfer deadline day.

It's just the pre-sale and I've been refreshing regularly since 9:15.

The demand is usually very high, hitting refresh is what we all do. You may be lucky.

My wife was held for hours last Friday for TT tickets. Really unfair system really.

Would be best if you text a number, then get a text back with a redemption code that lasts an hour or so if you are successful.

According to someone who has called TicketMaster, they've messed up.

So next port of call is... well... to call.

Note to customer service around the world. "Give it 5 minutes" is not helpful.

They're not going to say much more with thousands upon thousands of people trying to purchase tickets at the same time. It’s par for the course.
