Been having some problems with these guys lately.
I honestly buy often for friends and occasionally and sometimes make mistakes and go on to sell some.
Same again recently, bought one ticket to many, put it up for sale again and its sold, they emailed to say its sold and i can now wait ages for payment back, but thats not my problem and am cool with that ... apparently, but I can not go check the status of that or all the other shows on their site I've bought tickets for anymore?
Its not happening just now on their UK site at 02:00 AM? Many other times too, honestly.
There was one time me and a friend called Ticketmaster on the phone and before Covid had companys like this lay off staff, to clarify and change ... half an hour on the phone and the guy at the end of it from Ticketmaster never seemed to know what day of the week it was.
Ticketmaster have stopped the call centres ... for more profit without them, presumably? ... like many companys during Covid, they learned to live without them?
Ticketmaster are supposed to be the premier ticket provider in the whole world ... Ticketmaster site relating to my query has been down for a while now ... however, just did a test run and they could let me buy more tickets for shows I have no intention of going to see .. that would have worked out .... something needs to be done about this.
