Tidal and Chromecast Audio/Google Assistant question

Seen as Google are binning Google Play Music and forcing everyone onto the utterly horrendous Youtube Music I'm looking at alternatives. Basically Spotify or Tidal.

Quick questions;

1. Is it possible to cast Tidal to my Chromecast Audio at the hifi/MQ audio quality?
2. Is it possible to use Tidal like I currently use GPM with my GH? I.e. "hey Google play some Biffy Clyro on the stereo" (I don't see Tidal as a Music Provider in my Home app)

Off the top of my head, Chromecast audio will only do hifi. I'm sure I looked at mine the other week and I was only able to get hifi.

Having done some research this afternoon it seems you can't do much with the Google Assistant and Tidal. It's not even an official music platform to link in the GH app

I'm leaning towards Spotify... Anyone use a Family account? I hear there's a Family radio which takes both/all your music? That would work well for my girlfriend and I as currently I put something on and she complains about 3 songs in
