Tidy case... worth it?

How much impact does having all the cables nice and tidy inside your case actually have on the temperature of it? I've put some vague effort into keeping them tidy but they are a bit all over the place (not taped to the side or anything nice...)

I think it helps if there are lots of cables obscuring fans etc but I do it also because it looks nice

ive got an Antec super lanboy... small ATX case (will fit full size atx board), 120mm fans, FANTASTIC cable management and the hard drive insert from the side which makes life soooo much easier, its aluminium, clear perspects window and you can buy it new from ocuk for about £40 !!
