I'm one of those people that likes to make things look like they're brand new all the time or for as long as possible, so needless to say when I noticed the smallest of scratches on my MacBook I want to get rid of it, trouble is, with such a clean white surface I'm too scared to try it without advice incase I make a much worse mark

Its a really small scratch, its not deep or anything, so how can I get rid of it?

I'm sure theres someone or maybe a few people on this boards who know how to tidy up surface scratches and other blemishes?

Any help would be much appreciated

P.S I accept this is pretty daft, but I spent a lot of money on it, I like to look after it :p

Brasso.

Sounds crazy, but if you rub on the stuff with a lint free cloth, leave it settle for 5 minutes then polish off with a different cloth (preferrably lint free also) then it comes up as good as new :D

I know this because I used to clean my 60GB iPod in the same manner.

...Just don't panic about the yellowy/orange colour when applying Brasso.. it WILL disappear.

Ok will try it, :) thanks a lot
