Tiger woods 06 PC help

I didnt qualify to play in the first tournament in my pgatour mode. There is 8 events to play in to qualify before and I averaged a scoring average of 83.3 and it needed to be a 82 to get into the tournament. How can I do this? What games can I play to get my average down to 82?

I have tried to play in rivals mode or normal mode but it doesn't affect the scoring average, will i have to start again?

You can either start again and play better or continue and play in the next tournament. It is very very difficult to qualify fro the first tournament due to the sheer stupidity of using fantasy courses in career mode.

Playing other game modes will not effect your average score.
