Tiger woods 2009 connection problem (PS3)

This question is for my friend as he can't play Tiger with us. When he tries to connect to a game he receives a bad connection message. When he hosts the game no one can connect to him. Now he can play and host games in COD. Anyone have any ideas? Is it the router and tiger not liking each other?

Sounds like ports need opened. Go and have a look at the EA support section to find out which ports need attention.

Yes that was the problem, read the instruction manual to find the ports to open and it works perfectly, thanks for the advice from my friend
