Hi all I have finally got to se my father in law and he whants me to set his hifi system up. As he lost his rca cables I bought him some new one's from Amazon the brand is called primewire but the rac plugs are tight to plug in and I don't want to force them as I may break the RCA sockets. Amy ideas how I can get them plugged in without tomuch force. Thanks in advance

Use a twisting motion as the plug is engaged.

It only needs about an eighth to a quarter of a turn, but it will help change the direction of force so that the collar can expand as the plug is fitted.

Do the same on removal.

servisol super 10 switch cleaner's a good one to keep a can of - I usually use aerial coax connectors, rca, hdmi, usb, mains plugs, pots ...
