Tiling a front step

I've just re-tiled a large front step that leads onto block paving. I'm left with a small gap between the tiles and the blocks, and wondering what's the best way to fill the gap? It's hardly noticeable but I'd like to finish the job properly if filling it is the right thing to do.

How wide is the gap?
Maybe put masking tape over the blocks and fill with grout?

Thanks that's exactly what I'll do as it's only a few mm to fill.
