TIM Cleaner

I have bought this TIM cleaner from OcUK to clean my CPU but I have Windows and AMD stick on my case which I peeled off but left with sticky adhesive, can I use the TIM cleaner to clean it off?

Have you tried using a wet towel?

I can't see the harm in using the TIM remover though, is the case plastic or aliminuim?

I have found that WD40 is great for cleaning off old TIM. Especially on XBOX360. It makes the TIM loads easier to get off. Then just use some ISO/nail polish remover etc after to ensure that the residue is removed and away you go.

To get a sticker off try a hair dryer, should dry the sticker up

No idea if it works, but who knows
