TIM for use on GPU

Hi, quick question: Is it ok to use either AS5 or XSPC K2 TIM on a GPU die? I think I read somewhere that it is not advisable to use AS5, but I only have these 2 compounds + liquid pro and don't really want to buy any more.

I don't see why it wouldn't be ok so long as I'm careful not to make a mess :p

Thanks

You need what I believe is called a non-conductive Tim e.g MX2,3,4 rather than Arctic; although if your careful Arctic should, hopefully, not be a problem:)

Sorry do not know wether XSPC K2 is or not:o
