TIM with Noctua D14

What's the TIM that the D14 comes with like? Going to be getting this with a SandyBridge soon, so was wondering. Is the included TIM any good? If it's not, what should I get to use instead? How much difference in temperature would it make?

The noctua stuff is good. In reviews it performs a couple of degrees warmer than the favourites like AS5 and MX3.

Yeah the NT-H1 thermal paste is decent. It's not really worth investing in something else.

It's good. But I am using IC Diamond with my D14 atm and it is working great.
