Time Capsule :(

well my time capsule just went off, never to come back on again, its one of the original 500gb ones and has never had a problem before. But now its obviously died as there is no power in it.

Anyway as there are about a billion google hits for dead time capsules due to a failing PSU, whats my chances of getting Apple to replace it as its an inherent design fault?? anyone got any experience of this?

I dont really wanna shell out £225 for a new one, what alternatives are there??

on the phone to some guy I can barley hear at apple, he thinks I can get a replacement hes just checking with his supervisor

Yay nice irish supervisor is getting me a new one, gonna go to kingston apple store on saturday to get it replaced, as they dont make the 500gb anymore im guessing im getting shiny 1TB one
