Time Capsule

Hi

Does anybody know if Time Capsule backs up applications along with documents or just documents? Basically I'm running Parallels and I want to make sure that the OS I'm running through Parallels will also be backed up.

It looks as though it's always been backing up as the option needs to be selected if you do not want it backing up.
