Knocking off time for me is normally 5pm.. and today, like any other.. mugs washed, packed bags, logged off, coats on, lift down, then wonder why it's still partially light outside?

I'm an hour too early yet nobody mentioned anything when I said my good byes.

:o Returning back to my desk it was kind of an anti climax and extremely embarrassing.

I've never done this before. I only learnt about long and short hands.. none of this digital nonsense :D

Have you done this?

Fail :p

I usually wake up, wonder why it's so bright, then suddenly OMG I NEED TO BE AT UNI/WORK.

Then look at my clock and remember it's summer.

Obviously this only happens in summer.

I've been close, but then a quick check of the time telling device saves me from embarrassment.

Several times usually around daylight savings changes the worst was when I was working for an extra hour without realising only to be told to leave as the office was being locked :o

Yep I have, too many times! Mainly cos' I worked flexi time and I would say to myself 'ok i'm working an extra hour today!' then 4o'clock comes and I'm waving good bye to only realise the time, I've gone home and also returned a few times, mainly sat down made a brew and surfed the net till 'home time'

:D

Age mate, no other excuse for it I'm afraid :D.

I put a watch on for the first time in a while yesterday whilst I was doing tours round campus for perspective students. I had to get them back at about 11:30, and left at 9:30. I was quite panicked when I'd done about 1/3rd of my tour, looked at my watch and it was 11am. Checked my phone to realise I'd forgotten to change my watch... that's the closest I've got to making an epic fail...

At school I was a librarian (what?) which meant I could go to the library at lunch times instead of having to go outside and get beaten up by the rough kids. Anyway, one day our lesson finished I slowly marched off to library, sat down, started eating my sandwiches. The actual member of staff librarian looked at me suspiciously for five minutes before telling me that lunch time was still an hour off and I still had another lesson to get through. Mega embarrassing.
