I'm a bit bored and I've taken snapsh0t as far as I can so I'm going to cast it adrift with just its borgs for company. It'll keep folding but will drift gently down the team rankings over time. So, ladies and gentlemen, please welcome snapsh0t_too to the folding, err, fold. This will be entirely what I feel like running at home and will be two quads for the first week or so to get us off to a good start. First points will be dropped in about 30 minutes and it'll be interesting to see how fast we climb....

Yeah, I feel your boredom. With a similar output I'm in the same boat really.
World top 500, 3mil, well inside team top 10. Seems like a good place to be. The only way I (and presumably you) could go higher is to throw money at the problem. Tempting though that is, and I'll admit I've looked around (Mac Pro, anyone?) I personally think I'll pass (though my current main PC will be brought into the Quad era at some point).
PS - sorry I snapped at you the other day. I think that was the result of boredom too.

Money isn't the main problem, it's heat and noise. My workroom gets quite uncomfortable when it goes over 25C and with more than a couple of PC running in the summer it can easily go over 30C.

There's ways round that with passive cooling options, since I first got my Res2 I don't think I'll ever use fans in a pc again, even if that means slightly lower Overclocks.
