4870 or GTX260?

I am currently trying to choose a new graphics card and it is harder than I thought.:confused: As in the benchmarks and reviews that I have read, it is usually a few frames either way between the 4870 and the GTX 260. So I have narrowed it down to two, these are the Gainward GTX260 GS or the Gigabyte ATI Radeon HD 4870. It's between these two as they both appear to have good cooling. Which one would be the better choice? As they seem to perform the same to me.

the GTX260 216sp and the HD48701gb are that close, flip a coin/ go with the prettiest card/ best free game/ the best warranty/ performance in the games which you play/ whether you have an sli or crossfire motherboard for the future

I made my choice on the mobo I have which is a xfire mobo so I went for a 4870 1gb. Then I can get another in the future when they are cheap :)
