Time for a new moniter

Just about to order a new moniter to go with my "Titan Accelerator" 4850 pc,I was recomended the Samsung SM-226BW 22" Widescreen but just seen this, Samsung SM-2253BW Aqua 22" Widescreen LCD Monitor - Glossy Black on offer this week.
Is there much difference in performance?
I use my pc for games ( Far Cry,Half Life etc) and for watching films,can I watch films in HD with either of the above moniters?,if so what leads do I need?

Well, being 22" screens they have less resolution than Full HD (1920x1080), for that you need to either go for the Lenovo l220x or a 24" panel. Watching 720p content will be fine though.
