Time for a new monitor?

I'm pretty sure my TFT Monitor is starting to go. Is it time to get a new one?

My Desktop PC TFT Monitor:

My Laptop:

Becomes a huge problem when trying to use Photoshop Means I have to just use the laptop.

Brightness is at 100% on TFT Monitor.
