A mate of mine is having trouble with a printer he has had for aout 2 years. He is using XP with SP3. When he connects the printer and tries to install it he gets an error message "device no recognised". He has tried changing the USB cable to one he knows 100% is working. He has also tried it on a second PC with XP and SP3 and gets the same error message.
