Time for an upgrade question

Well over due an upgrade.... With BF1 due out and Arma 3 getting better i'm looking at my options.

Currently i have an i5 3570K, that wont bottle neck any upgrades no?

I'm needing ideally:

GFX's
New Monitor
New Ram.

Also, contemplating finance option

Whats your budget and what type of gaming res do you want e.g 1080p ,4k ?

Maybe 700-800 .... Not too bothered about 4k, would just like to run Arma pretty well!
