time for an upgrade

hi guys currently running a 3500 winnie agp x800xt graphics 1 gig memory
tell me which way to go on the upgrade please limited funds so will use my old case power supply etc so need mobo graphics cpu open to suggestions

without a definite price guide i'll just say the obvious, e6300 + DS3 + 2gig ram + whichever graphics card you can afford
post a more specific limit and i'll post a more specific spec
