Time for an upgrade?

I've been using this case for ages now and its served me well. I think it was bought around 2001 and was passed onto me from my father. Its just so well made and not cheap either, being made of full aluminium, it's hard to part with.
Anyway enough of the history :L I was looking at the NZXT H440 and it looks very nice, I've also considered the Fractal R4.

The case is quite loud but i think that's because of the small fans and there is quite a few of them.

Should I even upgrade and if so any opinions?

I used one of those for ages too. A Lian Li PC70. I think i bought it in 99 and stopped using it a few years back when I switched to water cooling.
I replaced it with a Mountain mods UFO case which I still have but am about to change.

I gave the Lian Li away to a charity shop last year.

What you thinking about changing too?
 
I've been watching reviews of the NZXT H440 tonight and it looks real nice. I'm just unsure about airflow for my sli 970's as the front panel seem a bit restrictive.
