Time for Full Upgrade?

Well the RTX 3080 is about to come out and i'm thinking of getting a full upgrade but should i?
At the moment my current rig is:

Intel i7-3930k
GTX 1080TI
Rampage V1 Extreme motherboard
64GB ddr3 dominator ram
PSU corsair 1000i
4x samsung 500pro ssd
Monitor Dell 3011

I can play games such as DOOM Eternal high settings at 60fps 4k no problem but come Cyberpunk and Nvidia 360hz monitors coming out... That is very appealing.

Wise move would be to grab a 3080 see how it performs in your system.

Zen 3 due at the end of this year.

Would be wiser to wait for Zen 3 and 11th Gen Intel (though a shame intel didn't pull of 10nm .. again )

Won't the i7-3930k bottleneck with a 3080? I'm not sure if it is best to get the i9-10900 to go with the 3080 but that obviously means a full system upgrade...

Depends on games but 80% of games you should be fine if it's overclocked and at 1440p +
