hello guys,

im stuck for which ram to get :/
i want the best ram i can get and 16GB of it.

its for this mobo - Asrock FATAL1TY P67 PRO REV 3.0 1155 Motherboard

and is there really much difference in these 3 sets of ram, other than a little speed difference?

Corsair 8GB (2 x 4 GB) DDR3 Dominator GT Memory

Remember i will need 2 sets of this one ^

GSkill 16GB (4 x 4GB)1600Mhz DDR3 Ripjaw X Series Memory with Intel XMP

Corsair 16GB 1600MHz CL9 DDR3 Vengeance Memory Four Module Kit

Many Thanks Guys, Luke :)

G Skill Ripjaws are better than the Corsair Vengeance modules. Depending on which sticks you get, the Ripjaws will either run at lower voltages, lower timings, or overclock better for better prices than the Vengeance sticks.

I have been through both the Vengeance and Ripjaw modules, and the Corsair ones are heavily overpriced while not being any better at all (they are not 'Overclocking ram' as Corsair advertise in any way whatsoever as they barely do anything better than stock specification).

Better to just get whichever is cheaper, and atm thats the G Skill Ripjaws.

Corsairs Dominator range is meant to use enthusiast level highly OC'able chips, but even then its still a gamble because Corsair have been changing the IC's, module version numbers, and ram chips used on their modules since sending the best batches to reviewers.

So I'd just get whatever is the cheapest 1600 Mhz, Cas 9, 1.5v ram out there at the moment.
