Looking for a backup disk for my Mid-2009 13" MBP to use with Time Machine.
Firstly, I'd like a Firewire one as I don't want to have to use both my USB ports for the disk. Am I right in thinking it has to be Firewire 800 as that is the port that the MBP has?
Secondly, the hard drive is 250Gb in the MBP so do you lot think a 500Gb drive is a reasonable size to go for?
Lastly, any recommendations? Never looked at portable externals before so any ideas would be appreciated!
