Its a group called improv everywhere, they have loadsa videos on youtube.

They did it in a "home depot" store aswel, the slow motion aint as good, but they stop at 1.30, pretty cool how the in store music coincided with them

Go and watch "The Fisher King" by Terry Gilliam, and the Grand Central Waltz. Far better done, but then he had a lot more money I guess.
