Time to defrost the Turkey

Wouldn't it depend on the size? :p

We've got a goose that is pretty big, (too big for the baking tray), at 6.88Kg. We have had to defrost it for ages, and it won't fit in the freezer, so it is taking up a whole shelf of the fridge. :p

No problem for me - a 3KG joint of 28 day old rib on the bone beef picked up from the butcher this afternoon :) YUM!

Turkeys all stuffed and ready to be eaten tomorrow, haha.

We eat on christmas eve, saves cooking a massive dinner on christmas day. Just eat left overs on christmas day and enjoy it rather than slaving over a hot stove :p

Turkey Twizzlers !!!

Not that i've ever eaten any nor want to :D

Something you can do is put your turkey in a sink of cold water to defrost faster, it should state this on your instruction, thats if you forget to get it out early enough ;)

Defrosting now :) servers 11-14 8.6KG THEY say...

Obviously never met me at xmas time, its the only time i say that wearing elastic waist tracksuit type trousers is acceptable.
