Hi all,

It's time to do something about my monitor solution, I have been frustrated with it for a while and want a change.

I currently use a Samsung 32" TV as my primary and an AOC 21" 1080p in Portrait as my secondary for reading forums and news while gaming/using main monitor etc.

I mainly play strategy and sim games such as cities skyline, CIV 6, Two Point Hospital etc, however recently i have started playing more racing and driving games and plan to get a wheel and peddles in a couple of months.

So what i'm thinking is:
- triple monitor setup
- 1080p or 1440p
- 24" or 27"
- Perhaps use old AOC monitor as a forth overhead stats monitor

My main concerns are will 24" monitors be too small?
Will running three 1440p monitors on my 5820k & 980Ti be possible?
Could i run three monitors with the centre being 1440p and two sides 1080p?

Sorry for all the questions and thanks in advance.

Dan

Monitors i have been looking at:

  • Samsung 390FU 24 Curved
  • HP 27" PEHLM1K FHD 145Hz G-Sync compatible
  • HP 27xq 144Hz QHD Freesync

I am restricted on models available as i am buying from an online retailer i already have a finance account with.
