Have at the moment my 1GB 5870 vapor-x (black pcb) only game at 1920x1080 on single screen so was wondering what would be the best upgrade if any around £200-250?
Paid £400 for this card at the time! Any suggestions for what i could reasonably expect to sell said card on for?
 
+1 for the VTX 7950.

It will be a great upgrade but sadly we can not discuss other prices out of the members market. Just have a look at a well known site.
 
Sorry for that was thinking only prices from competitors was not allowed. thanks for the advice though but is there any options with more oomph compared to vram?
Do i need 3gb card for 1 screen? Granted it is now a 42" 3D screen which i do occasionally play 3d on so probably a amd card prefered. (should update sig!)
 
You might have the same problem I had, could only get 24 FPS or 30 FPS when playing 3d at 1080p. That's with my 46" 3DTV. 2gb of vram is plenty enough for that resolution.
