Time to sell - Advice

Looking at finally going Intel but have limited funds.

Currently have

AMD 4200+ x2 (overclocks to 3Ghz)
2 x 1 Gb matched pair Corsair Cas 2.5-3-3-6 ram
DFI Lanparty Expert

What would I get for the above?

I;m prepared to put some money to the above to go Intel so what would you suggest to replace the above with to see an improvement which was worthwhile?

Yeah I can do that, but I will still be posting here for the advice for the replacements so I thought I would kill two birds with one stone

I wouldn't be changing to intel from what u got unless you got quite few quid in your pocket and want to change for something like x38 chipset with some 3ghz+ stock wolfdale, 4gb+ 800mhz ram and some crossfire or expensive GTX.

I'm not really sure how they compare, but i'd get a quad core and overclock it. You'll notice a difference especially with multithreaded apps.
