you've not produced a WU in quite a while! you've got 15 days and 10 days left

Nice parpage!

Stomps are getting increasingly few and far between for me, let alone for you all the way up there! Make the most of it while it lasts, looks like you're being chased hard by a few people .

Stomp them grays out of the top twenty, and the odd slacker two :D

Hey.. I'm pale blue atm, not grey!
But, yeah, not going to be able to stop the stomp, I'm afraid! Money's tight atm, and I've had to turn off all the farm (6 pc's).. all I have now is my main computer, a athlon64 x2 at 2200Mhz, but it's only on when I'm using it, so at best we're looking at about 2 364 pointers a week. Sad, I know :(

I get that from time to time on some borgs. Restarting the service (rather than rebooting the PC) usually sorts it.

ive just started folding and so far done WU's 2124/2125 and now its just started 2125 again, erm, is this right?
yes - each project is split into many many different pieces called work units (or WUs)
The project number just shows that they are from the same project but the Run/Clone/Gen numbers identify a unique WU - as long as those numbers differ then it's not doing the same work twice

ye i know that, but what im saying is the numbers dont differ, it went 2124,2125,now doing 2125 again

Yeah it's OK. What Rich means to say is that, for example, 2124 is just one of many areas of study. From that area of study the scientists will generate a load of different parameters to study. Each individual piece to crunch becomes a WU.

Most all WUs from the same project will perform similarly so we can refer to them collectively.

Each individual WU is referred to by its Project, Run, Clone, and Generation numbers. Each WU has a unique set of these numbers.
