Time to upgrade ??

Aspire X-Qpack in Silver with Windows
Seasonic PSU
AMD Athlon64 3700+
ASRock 939A8X-M
2Gb Crucial PC3700
Gainward 6800GT AGP GFX
320Gb Samsung HDD
Pioneer 106 DVD-RW Black
Zalman (CNPS7000B-CU) CPU cooler
Zalman (VF700-Cu LED) GFX Cooler
Noiseblocker Ultra 120mm fan

I'm looking to upgrade the GFX, CPU and Mobo.
I'd rather keep the case, what do you guys recommend?

change your cpu, motherboard & gfx, with some ddr2 memory if your going to the am2 or c2d - quad route, looking @ your case it can easly fit a 8800 or a 2900 in there.

Agreed, although you may need a PSU upgrade if you go 8800/2900 route with a Quad (not sure as you've not stated the wattage).

What kind of budget do you have?
