Time to upgrade?

Hi i currently have a ATI 3870 O/C Edition i was wondering is a ATI 4850 much better? I only play at 1360x768 and my 3870 still plays the very newest games on Med/Low?

Well a 4850 will allow you to play the games with much higher settings at that resolution.

At that resolution, an ATI 4850 should allow you to play Crysis on High or maybe Very High with playable frame rates. Everything else should run VERY well.

Depends on finances. Obviously it is faster but I'd personally say it's not worth the outlay over the 3870.

It would only be worth it if your cpu is totally choked or you plan to get a new monitor.
