any recommendations ?

Take no notice to those that refer to ATI's drivers are crap, this maybe true of xfire but single cards drivers are mostly spot-on with ATI, having a 5870 for over eight months I know the score.

Yeah the AMP cooler is excellent " £50 overpriced though " if you have the funds then yeah you get sublime performance and a cooler, quieter card.

ordered :p thanks for the advice

Delivery date: Saturday 14th August 2010

Product Name Price Qty Line Total
ZOTAC GeForce GTX 480 AMP! Edition 1536MB GDDR5 PCI-Express Graphics Card £369.99 1 £369.99

thanks once again overclockers

480 amp can easily do 880 on the core and stay well below 90c and remain quiet. If I had the funds I would have took one over the EVGA SC I did get.

Just hope Zalaman release the cooler separately for the 480.

@ OP here's the card you ordered in action, it's great.

Well my experience with them with a 5770 wasnt good :/ Dynamic lighting and shadows kept on messing up in games. I sent it back and it wasnt faulty it was drivers...
