Hey guys.

I am an owner of 2 x GTX Titan X Maxwells running with dual 4K monitors. I'm looking at getting a single 1080Ti and was wondering if it would be worth it? I only ever play games in a single monitor configuration at 4K and was curious if there would be much of a performance gain?

Any advise would be appreciated.

PC Spec.
Windows 10
Intel Core i7 7700k @ 4.4GHz
32Gb Corsair Vengeance 3200
ASUS TUF Z270 Mark 1
2 x ASUS nVidia GTX Titan X in SLI
Samsung 950 Pro 512Gb SSD (NVME x4)

Where SLI works the Titans will be faster, not by a lot however. When SLI doesn't work the Ti will be much faster.
However I know people don't recommend on waiting as newer stuff is always around the corner, however the Ti is coming up to 9 months old and the Titans are still no slouch, we're roughly 3/4 into the life of the Ti, I'd hold on personally :)

Thanks for your feed back. I'm just trying to take into account the current value of the Titan X's given that once they are useless, their value will drop yet even further making them more difficult to sell and purchase a new card. Hmmm, decisions.

I would say sell 1 titan if the next generation of gpu is coming out in 6 months and then wait for that. If its not out in 6 months sell both and buy a 1080ti.
