Time Zone Utility?

With bloodbowl I can see i'm going to be playing a number of international games. Most match ups will be working out the difference between the two players timezones and their availability. But it did strike me all you need is a way of specifying the time slots you can do and then other players being able to see those timeslots but given in their time zone.

Does such a website utility exist?

Choose the starting timezone and time, eg 29 June 21:00hrs GMT, hit "Calculate Fixed Time" and it will give you the same time in other locations...

That is quite good but what i'm really looking for is like a grid showing all the game times I can play so for example rather than saying I can play

6am-8am Sat/Sunday
8pm-midnight Saturday
9pm - midnight - Sunday/MOnday/Wednesday/Thursday/Friday

So a player wanting to play with me would just look at the schedule in there time zone
