Timeline Gallery Site

Hey chaps I'm hoping someone with a bit of experience can help me out!
I've tried a thorough googling around but I've only come up with one solution. Basically I am looking for the below:
* Timeline along bottom / side of page
* Dates manually addable
* Able to have a gallery / pics on set dates
* Date scale to be either all bunched up regardless of duration difference, or to be set scale
* Embeddable in own website / webspace for no charge

The only thing close I have come up with is the below:

But the features I need are paid for!

Only decent Jquery plugins I can find are all on Code Canyon. :/ I think you're going to struggle with no budget.
