If you have Nvidia 163.75 or 163.76 (Vista and XP) Drivers installed just ignore the msg, I see no big deal I seen it every time I ran game.
If you dont have the drivers then its good it wants you to install them as its to make gameplay better for you, no brainer IMO.

I know that, in fact it probably saved me from a BSOD as soon as I run the game as I didn't have the latest Catalysts.
