Timex Radio Controlled Watch - Set Time

Sounds silly, considering it's a radio controlled watch... But any idea how you set the time on these things?

My dad recently had the battery changed in his watch and since the time has been screwy. He doesn't have the manual and I've looked cannot seem to get anywhere with it.

Occasionally I get a flashing "T" which I assumed was to make it update in some way. At the moment it also says "NYC CITY"... Unsure if I need to change this?

At the moment there is most than just a few hours out but minutes too, so I don't think it's just a time zone offset.

Any ideas? Anybody know how these things work?

How about trying to type

When I tried searcing Google I was getting lots of shops

Anyways, some more button bashing and I've got there eventually... It let me enter the time manually - Not sure what the point of the radio controlled is
