Timings and changing ram model

Wondering if someone could advise me on this. My qwery is, im currently running 2gb pc6400 team xtream, @2.02v 4,4,4,12. Got 4gb of this ocz today.

The ocz is rated at the same voltage as the team group stuff but the timings are different, 4,4,4,15. would it be ok to just do a straight swap out without having to mess with the timings. thanks in advance.

I would set the timings back to Auto for the first boot, tho it shouldn't make any difference.
