Googling says:

Row cycle time (Trc)
Row refresh cyc time (Trfc)

CPU reports:

I have i the BIOS the value tRC which is 52 by default so I assume this is the same attribute as tRFC as reported by CPU-Z?

I have set it to 45 and it seems fine but that's for 500MHz of course, I'm at 400MHz for stability (got 8GB on an OCd board).

Would be handy cheers!

No, it's not the same. Most 775 mobo's don't have a setting for tRC in the bios because it is directly related to the tFAW setting, which is a subtimming of the northbridge. The northbridge timmings are set by the divider you are using, not by the user.

It is in the ram timming section of some X58's, because of course the IMC is in the cpu.
