Just wondering which ram will be better for my system.

Wasn't sure whether the clock speed of the memory played a much bigger part than the timings.

Was looking at http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=MY-107-OC&groupid=701&catid=8&subcat=1387

but there is also the faster

http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=MY-154-CS&groupid=701&catid=8&subcat=1387 too

There doesn't seem to be much memory at the 1600mhz region so I just looked towards the better seeming timing memory at 1333mhz. I'm planning on running it alongside an amd X3 720be. What do people think will give me the best performace aND OC possibilites? Thanks.

With DDR2 speed seemed to be better than timings, although I don't know with DDR3. You could try tightening the timing on the ram to get the both of both worlds.
