timings

Hi there does anyone know how i can find out what my RAM timings are set to?

I have a Abit KD7A motherboard

Download Everest home edition. You can learn a lot about your PC using that.

Does this seem correct? I cannot overclock past 181@11x witch gives me 2.1ghz, original was 1.9. The ram is Pc2700 thats all i know. Could you recommend a better timing? and if possible, tell me what the RAM TIMINGS are likly to be under in my bios.
